Our prices for summer season 2023 are listed below in euros per studio/appartment per night and include all relevant taxes. Any bank commissions/expenses encumber the client and not the hotel.
Our prices include equipped kitchenette, satellite tv, bed and shower linen changed on a regular basis, daily cleaning (except on Sundays), free wi-fi internet and parking space on the plot, electricity, water, sensible use of air condition
Please contact with us in case of more than 4 nights staying for better price.

Arrival, Departure, and Reservation Policies

Our appartments are available from 14:00’ (2 pm) on the date of arrival, until 12:00 (12 pm) on the date of departure.

The room charge for an appartment kept until 18:00 (6 pm) is 50% of the room rate and 100% for any time after that.

Reservations are confirmed after a bank deposit of 30% of the total room charge. In case of a less than 7 days staying a booking is confirmed by a deposit of a 2 nights staying.

Payment is either made in cash, VISA or Mastercard. In case of payment via credit card an extra cost of 1,8% of the total room cost is charged.

Car rental, transfers, escursions, telefone and fax services are provided upon request. The hotel FIORE DI MARE STUDIOS has made special agreements with car rental companies so that its clients take advantage of the lowest car rental prices in the market. Ask our hotel about an offer!!!
